as some of you know, the right side of the screen (on the desktop version of this site) often features a live webcam feed from the sanctuary.
usually it's pointed at a corner of the room. we like how this allows you to gain a sense of presence without revealing too much. but just the right amount of info.
sometimes, though, when a special event is happening -- like a recording of a conversation, for example, we might move the cam.
(you can see such a conversation in the image above: which shows our laptop opened to fireflysanctuary.today, and the webcam showing some humans sitting on a rug with a warm lantern.)
sometimes the webcam is off. but we are trying to keep it on. stay tuned.
